Located in Savannah’s historic Ardsley Park neighborhood, The Culturist Union is a veteran- and Black woman-owned coffeehouse and artisan marketplace that celebrates creativity, culture, and community.

The design brings together the warmth of a neighborhood café, the character of a curated retail marketplace, and the flexibility of a community gathering space. Natural materials, warm lighting, lush greenery, and thoughtfully arranged merchandise displays create an inviting atmosphere that feels both authentic and welcoming.

Designed to support multiple experiences within one cohesive environment, the space transitions effortlessly from casual coffee meetings and artisan shopping to creative workshops, open mic nights, and community events.

The result is a vibrant, multifunctional destination where thoughtful design supports local entrepreneurship, encourages meaningful connections, and creates a true sense of belonging.
